How long has Complete Nutrition been in business?

Complete Nutrition was founded in 2004 and we began franchising in 2007.

Is it easy to operate?

Yes. We’ve developed Your Complete Solution™ to give our customers a consistent experience and put tools in place, such as our Dashboard and Portal to make the concept easy to run from anywhere. Our retail locations are flexible enough to work around you. You can choose to be an owner-operator with limited like-minded staff or with a manager to run the day-to-day business for you.

Yes! We work with Benetrends to offer financing solutions for our Franchise Owners.

Do you help me find a location for my store?

Yes. We have a Real Estate Team that will help you find an ideal location. Additionally, we have a Construction Team that will assist you step by step with the build-out process.

How much money can I make?

The top 40% of our Complete Nutrition franchises had average gross sales of $812,068*. This is based on the 2015 calendar year. This information appears in Item 19 of our Franchise Disclosure Document. Your results may differ. There is no assurance you will do as well.

What are the royalty fees?

Each location pays 6% toward royalty fees and 2% toward national marketing based on gross sales.

What type of square footage do you look for?

On average, our stores occupy a 1,200 to 1,400 square foot space, located in high-traffic shopping centers or retail areas. Some stores can be as small as 1,000 square feet.

How many employees do I need on-site?

Unlike typical retail, we require minimal staff. Most stores have a manager plus smoothie staff and consultants.

What type of training do you provide?

We believe in setting up our Franchise Owners for success. We provide a three-week training program, consisting of one week at our headquarters in Omaha and one week in a corporate-owned store in a nearby location. Once you are ready to open your doors, we send a trainer to your store for one week or more to help you pre-and post-opening. Above and beyond, we’ve developed Become Complete University, an online portal for ongoing tools and training that’s always accessible.

Are customers able to buy our products online?

They are able to purchase Complete Nutrition products through our eCommerce site, where 100% of the proceeds go back to the Franchise Owner. Our products are exclusive to us and not sold anywhere else.

Are your products safe and effective?

Yes, they are third-party tested against rigorous standards. We go beyond FDA requirements to ensure their safety and quality are first-rate. Our concept revolves around results, and our loyal customers prove the effectiveness of our products.

How do I know which products to order and how much inventory?

Our Product Team guides you through your first order and beyond to keep inventory levels low, but adequate. The Dashboard also reports which products are selling well at other stores and provides ordering recommendations. We provide you with insights and best practices, but you will always make the final decision.
